This new version will enhance the features that drivers currently enjoy and provide added functionality.

Q. I have the existing app, how do I get the new version of the FLO Mobile App?
Through a phased approach, you will be assigned an automatic update between the days of February 14th – 21st, 2022.
If you do not receive the new update after February 21, 2022, you can directly update or download the new mobile through the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
Q. Will my account information stay the same?
Your account information will remain the same.
Q. Is my phone compatible with the new version?
The new FLO App is compatabile with versions of Android 8 and iOS 14 and above.
