Designed to house electrical and electronic controls and instruments in harsh indoor and outdoor environments, Eaton's Polycarbonate Enclosures are made of impact resistant, non-conductive light-weight reinforced polycarbonate. Plus, the rope style neoprene or poured polyurethane seamless gasket provides watertight, dust-tight environmental seal.

Flexibility for easy installation

  • Sliding T-nut allows for infinite panel height adjustment back to front as well as ability to side mount panel, DIN rail, or other instruments

  • Multi-directional mounting feet allow mounting flexibility

  • Built-in DIN Rail mounting embosses in the back of the enclosure

Available options

  • Sizes 6" x 6" up to 24" x 24"

  • Clear and opaque cover styles available

Certifications

  • UL 94 flame flame rating (5VA) and UL 746C for UV and water immersion

  • Normal operating temperature of -40°F to +248°F (-40°C to +120°C)

  • Built in DIN Rail mounting embosses in the back of the enclosure

  • Non-metallic or 300 series stainless steel used on all external hardware

  • Integral mounting bosses utilize threaded brass inserts accepting #10-32 screws for mounting optional panel

  • Rounded edges reduce build-up of dust and debris
